THE OPERATION OF THE MACHINE IS CONTROLLED BY THE VITOK CONTROLLER

This is a device with a display, buttons and a connector designed to control the winding machine.

The Vitok controller helps adjusting the winding parameters:

- calculation of the cable length and calculation of its remainder
- control of the stacker carriage, the pitch
- control of the winding machine motor speed
- braking length and time-out before accelerating the machine
- automatic shutdown in case of cable breakage

Motor reducer

Provides excellent dynamic parameters, constant torque value for the entire winding speed range and precise cable positioning.
